自由式前交叉

Front quadrant swimming means that the stroking hand is still in front when the recovering arm is about to enter the water.
Staying on your side and keeping an arm outstretched in front of the body at all, or most, times during the stroke allows to keep the body in a long and streamlined position.

前交叉,是在後手移臂至身體前入水之前,前手一直在身體前方保持前伸狀態,
游自由式時,儘可能保持一手前伸狀態,使身體呈一長且流線的體位,可減少阻力。
