Effortless Swimming:Freestyle_Single Arm Drill自由泳單手練習

這是針對自由泳呼吸,抓水(Catch)與身體轉動(Body Roll)協調練習,可以幫助你學習更好的時機與方式來呼吸,使頭部與身體轉動一致。

How to do ?

  1. 蹬牆出發,一手自然放身側,以單臂游自由泳。
  2. 向不划手一側轉頭呼吸。
  3. 需吸氣時,頭部伴隨著肩膀轉動出水。
  4. 吸氣後,頭部跟著身體轉動迅速轉回。
  5. 單臂動作,更需要穩定有力的踢腿,使身體長軸平衡穩定來執行身體轉動。
  6. 注意手部抓划推水及回復往前動作,是否與雙臂游時的路線一致。
  7. 換手執行。

Good drill!
