Freestyle_Flip Turn in 3 Steps自由泳_轉身三步驟(適合中級泳者)

  1. 以自由式游向池壁,向前翻轉時,雙手放在體側,以核心肌群(胸腰臀)翻轉,鼻子呼氣。
  2. 翻轉後,雙腳碰牆約與肩同寬,把頭鎖定在雙臂之間,
    上半身已呈準流線型,準備蹬牆。
  3. 蹬牆時,面向上,驅幹核心肌群收緊,蹬出時,身體保持流線型前進,同時將身體轉正,面向池底,再蝶腰前進。

我覺得右圖中的頭有些離線,若能把頭鎖定在雙臂之間,流線蹬牆出發阻力較小。
