SpeedoUSA:Freestyle_Rotation Drills自由泳_身體轉動練習


這是針對自由泳中身體向左右側轉動的練習,是最基本且重要的,它幫助你身體過水減少阻力,提高效率。

練習難度: 1.5顆星

How To Do ?

  1. 頭,頸.身體成一直線,保持良好的體位(長軸在水線)。
  2. 身體繞長軸向左右側交互滾轉,肩與臀在同一平面轉動出水面,頭保持在水線。
  3. 吸氣時應保持良好的體位,轉頭不要抬頭。
  4. 穩定小幅度踢腿,若幅度太大,踢腿轉方向,腳會打結(互踢)。
