SpeedoUSA:Backstroke_Rotation Drills仰泳_身體轉動練習


這是針對仰泳中身體向左右側轉動的練習。

練習難度: 1.5顆星。

How to do ?

  1. 雙手在兩側,背向下蹬牆出發。
  2. 頭,頸.身體成一直線,保持良好的體位(身體長軸在水線)。
  3. 身體繞長軸向左右側交互滾轉,肩與臀在同一平面轉動出水面,頭保持不動。
  4. 穩定小幅度踢腿,若幅度太大,踢腿轉方向,腳會打結(互踢)。
