SpeedoUSA:Backstroke_Vertical Catch Up Drills仰泳_手臂垂直互碰練習


這是針對仰泳中手臂回復動作(Recovery)的練習。
Catch Up是追上的意思,在還沒想到較達意的詞時,先暫時翻”手臂垂直互碰”練習吧!

這練習有些難度,我給4顆星 (滿分5顆星:還從缺,至於Phelps腰綁8KG鉛塊在水中直立蝶腰踢腿的練習是爆表-“滿天星”,超超常人能力可及,不列入常人練習評量)

唉!ㄚ姊我之前試過一次,但雙手在空中互碰那時,臉會入水,歲月不饒人,腿力還是不行,準備等踢腿較有力,再加油試試看!

How to do:

  1. 頭,頸.身體成一直線,保持良好的體位(身體長軸在水線),頭保持不動。
  2. 練習時,總是有一手垂直在空中,等另一手追上碰到,後手追上就垂直等著,原先垂直的前手就向前進方向墜下,身體側轉,小指向下手掌像刀片切入水中,開始抓水划水,雙手交替重複動作循環。
  3. 需要穩定有力的踢腿,使身體穩定平衡保持在水線,才能執行動作。
