Auburn:Backstroke_Catch Initiation Drill仰泳_一手垂直一手抓水練習


這是針對仰泳抓水位置設定,同時保持良好的體位及平衡的練習,。

難度: 3顆星,略低於Vertical Catch Up仰泳手臂垂直互碰練習Kicking with Arm Extended手臂垂直踢腿練習

How to do:

  1. 頭,頸.身體成一直線,側身踢腿,保持良好的體位(身體長軸在水線),頭保持不動。
  2. 一手垂直在空中,另一手在水下設定高肘抓水位置再回到前方。
  3. 需要穩定有力的踢腿,使身體穩定平衡保持在水線,才能執行動作。

  1. 好難,只有三個星嗎…?這樣的練習,可以加強仰手抓水.好累哦.

    • 昨天試一手垂直踢腿練習,腿必須踢個不停,hold住踢到對面,腿差點沒廢了,我想這個練習手可以小划一下,可能比一手垂直踢腿不划手容易一丁點,所以減了0.5顆星難度,不過我還沒試過,說不定也是要命的練習。
