BREASTSTROKE TIMING: PULL YOUR LEGS, THEN KICK YOUR STREAMLINE

如何做?
目標是雙手把臀部拉向前,雙腿由臀部帶向前。

  1. 划手時,讓雙腿盡可能保持直線,如圖左。
  2. 當你開始踢腿,確保你的手,一路向前延伸,如圖右。
