Auburn:Backstroke_Deep Head Catch Drills仰泳_轉頭入水抓水練習

這是針對仰泳手臂回復迅速入水抓水的練習,須保持良好的體位及平衡。
較特別的是,視線跟著手入水,看手部抓划水動作是否正確,相信你平常游仰泳只是靠感覺,並不確定手部動作看來如何,如抓推水時手掌朝哪裏?

練習難度: 2顆星,低於Kicking with Arm Extended手臂垂直踢腿練習,注意雙肩要交互出水面 。

How to do:

  1. 頭,頸.身體成一直線,保持良好的體位(身體長軸在水線)。
  2. 一手在身側,另一手執行手部划水完整循環動作。
  3. 當執行手入水時,視線跟著手入水,看手部抓划水動作,雙肩隨著轉體動作交替出水。
    *** 頭部入水是為了在此練習中加強轉體動作及觀察手部動作,除此之外,頭部應保持不動
  4. 需要穩定有力的踢腿,使身體穩定平衡保持在水線,才能執行動作。
  5. 做單邊划手就好,一趟做完再做另一邊,如果兩手交互做,保證你的頭會忙著左右轉。

這練習需要良好的身體平衡,才能保持身體長軸在水線。
