Auburn:Backstroke_Double Arm仰泳_雙仰入水點練習


這是針對仰泳entry point的練習,強調比雙肩稍寬一點的入水點,同時增加雙肩柔軟度,當然前提還是得保持良好的體位及平衡。

若你仰手入水會過中線,這練習可以幫助你改善入水點。

練習難度: 1.5顆星。

How to do:

  1. 頭,頸.身體成一直線,仰身踢腿,保持良好的體位(身體長軸在水線),頭保持不動。
  2. 雙手同時做手部動作循環,注意入水點及水中抓划推水動作,大姆指先出水,小指先入水。
  3. 需要穩定有力的踢腿,使身體穩定平衡保持在水線,才能執行動作。
