Auburn:Backstroke_Lift and Drop Drill仰泳_抬手落下練習


熟練 仰泳身體轉動 之後,你就可以進行這項練習,這是手部回復(Recovery)與身體轉動的協調練習,強調手部動作與身體轉動一致,並保持良好的體位及平衡。

難度: 2顆星。

How to do:

  1. 頭,頸.身體成一直線,仰身踢腿,保持良好的體位(身體長軸在水線),頭一直保持不動。
  2. 身體轉動練習 相同,身體繞長軸向左右側交互滾轉,肩與臀在同一平面轉動出水面,外加手部前半回復動作,配合身體轉動節奏,手抬起落下回身側。
  3. 同側肩臀手一起出水面,或入水。
  4. 大拇指先出水,手抬高至與水面垂直,然後回落身側。剛開始練可先練較小抬手角度,最重要要配合身體轉動節奏。
  5. 需要穩定有力的踢腿,使身體穩定平衡保持在水線,才能執行動作。
  6. 建議先熟練 身體轉動 之後,再進行此練習較有效果。
