Goswim:Breaststroke_Jessica Hardy蛙泳_傑西卡哈迪


這是美國50m蛙世界紀錄保持人Jessica Hardy的蛙泳,長池29.80, 短池28.80,注意她Pull, Kick, Glide三階段手足配合動作的Timg及節奏。

Just a few technical points I saw in the video –

  • 手回復往前(Recovery)時,開始收腿,腳踝收向臀部,雙腳距離比雙膝大,腳要後蹬之前,腳踝迅速收緊成L(or鋤頭)型,同時腳掌外翻,腳趾向外,腳底向後蹬夾,頭,頸,身,手一體向前入水,迅速回流線形體位滑行。
  • 入水時,頭,頸,身,臀保持在水線,臀部從來沒垮掉,一直保持在水線附近,可看到整個動作水最多只薄薄地滑過她的背,表示動作一直在水線附近進行。
