Breaststroke Technique_Michael Phelps菲爾普斯蛙泳技術

之前的Post談到Breaststroke:Head,Body Position_Michael Phelps蛙泳_頭部及直線體位,現在靠近點觀察Michael Phelps的蛙泳技術,雖然Phelps的蛙式算較不及其他蝶自仰三式亮眼的,不過對我們這些瞎游的”肉腳”來說,聽聽教練Bob Bowman講解,吸收一點是一點,還是能提升泳技。


Key points:

  • 0:18 提肩近耳,視線朝下45度,身線應在水面(Bob說Michael還需加強)。
  • 0:41 雙手往前送出呈流線形,再外划轉至抓水位置。

我覺得除了0:10雙手入水時,往下再往上,而非往前平伸直送使身體早點回復流線形體位,有些美中不足之外,1:09踢腳腿時踝收緊腳掌張開角度稍不足,最好是腳掌呈L型,腳趾頭朝外(Michael看起來朝下約45度),腳底能全面朝後方,較有效踩到水,推動身體前近。
