Amanda Beard 14歲就成為美國游泳歷史上第二年輕的奧運金牌得主,她一共獲得了7個奧運獎牌,包括雅典200蛙金牌。

BTW,Amanda的蛙泳可說是”強力蛙泳”,很少看到女選手舉身這麼高的,和2008/2012奧運200蛙金牌 Rebecca Soni 差異很大。 Amanda自己也說他的姿勢並非適用於每個人,還是要依個人體能條件調整,找出最適合的動作。
