SpeedoUSA:Breaststroke_1-Pull 2-Kick Drill蛙泳_1划2踢練習

這是針對蛙泳中 Body Position, Timing & Kick 的練習,又稱”Add a Kick“,就是每一蛙泳循環動作,再加一次踢腳。

練習難度: 1 顆星 (動作很簡單,但要有效,Body Position, Timing , Kick 都要做的有感才行)

How To Do ?

  1. 蹬牆出發,進行正常的蛙泳動作(1划1踢)。
  2. 當你完成了第一次蛙泳循環動作,雙臂前伸帶身體完全伸展,在水中以一個流線形體位,進行第2次踢腳,腳踝收向臀部,腳掌外翻,腳趾向外,腳底向後蹬夾滑行,回流線形體位。
  3. 完成第2次踢腳後,體會最好時機開始下一循環,重複這個過程。
  4. 頭頸身儘可能呈一線。每次踢腳後,身體完全伸展滑行。
  5. 你也許會發現你的划手動作遠低於水面,這就是你應感受最適合timing的地方,你需要選擇你的划手時機,在正確的時間出水面,保持前進的節奏。

Demo的是Ed Moses, 踢腳時腳掌張開角度非常好,踢腳後迅速成流線形體位。
