USA Swimming:Backstroke_Catch Up & 6-Kick Switch仰泳練習

這是兩個仰泳基本技術的練習,目標是在兩側交換(Switch Side)時,手部動作需與核心驅幹轉動動作連接一致
你需要穩定有力的踢腿,保持良好的體位及平衡,才能執行動作。

練習難度: 1.5 顆星(蛙鞋)
2 顆星(無蛙鞋)

我認為練習並不是有做就好,做錯誤的練習除了練體力之外,只會使身體熟悉錯誤的感覺,做越多以後越難改正,白白瞎忙活一場。
喜歡影片中,教練不只是操選手,而能非常注意到細節,確保確實執行以達到練習目標效果。其實教練需要眼睛很尖,能在選手把錯誤動作成習慣之前馬上修正。要是只照菜單操,不教只練,還稱得上”教練”嗎?

Catch Up Drill影片1:50 男生第一次做時,手水面上回復(Recovery)比身體轉動快,教練就糾正他手和身體轉動動作不連接,寧願好好正確做1次勝過做6次錯的,女生動作相對比較好,這真的要很仔細看才能察覺!  A到A+的距離應該就是容易被忽略的細節吧!有做和有效差別很大!

Backstroke Catch-Up is executed with a two second pause once the opposite hand has met up with the other. Swim with one arm by your side or stretched out above your head. The drill will slow the stroke rate down in order to concentrate on the pull. A strong leg kick is needed.
