雖然泳前一定會花10-15 mins多少鬆一下每個關節,包括頸部,不過看到2012倫敦奧運100仰銀牌Nick Thoman這張照片,還是嚇了一跳,脖子已經轉到緊繃了 。

練到背上沒一點肥肉,Ha Ha, 在現實生活也很少看到這樣的背!









提醒一下: 練習請依個人體能及柔軟度調整強度,務必請循序漸進,你是要舒展,不是要把自己搞痛,不要沒練到反倒傷了筋骨。

長時間累積下來的硬骨頭,也需時間改善才能漸漸靈活起來。


我頸部大概只做這些的動作,要說是為了游泳,不如說是為了減輕長期使用電腦,頸部姿勢固定太久的傷害!
