Butterfly_Dolphin Kick on Your Back蝶泳_仰海豚踢練習


Dolphin Kicking海豚式踢腿被稱為是遊泳的第五式,是高級與最高級選手的分別。把它結合在你的日常訓練,對你的表現是非常有助益的。

這是針對蝶仰泳身體律動的海豚踢(Body Dolphin)練習。

難度: 1.5 顆星(雙手前伸)
2 顆星(雙手自然放在身側)

How to do?

  1. 頭,頸.身體成流線形,背朝下蹬牆出發,雙手在肩前鎖緊。
  2. 身體保持在水面附近,使用胸腹臀收放來執行蝶腰動作,而不只是頭和腳
  3. 臀部帶領腿膝,而至腳背向後方挑水,腳底向下後方壓水。
  4. 盡量保持你的膝蓋在水面或以下,腳不要踢出水面空踢。
  5. 保持Strong but silent kick,有力但安靜的踢腿。
  6. 如果還是有些吃力,試試這個 結合蝶腿和蛙腿練習




Body Dolphin是身體如同海豚一樣,用胸腰臀相對位置動作發力傳至腿足打水而形成的波浪動作.
