Auburn:Freestyle_Catch and Throw Drill自由泳_抓投練習

這是前Auburn奧本大學主教練David Marsh常用的自由泳練習,著重在抓水定錨(Anchor)及身體轉動,產生力量移動身體向前。 這練習被稱為catch and throw,因為前手抓水(catch)定錨,將後手往前投擲(throw)。

練習難度: 1.5 顆星

How to do ?

  1. 像往常一樣游自由泳,當側身要開始划手時,前手做高肘抓水動作(0:18 Establish a high catch),屈肘使前臂向池底,後手準備要往前回復入水(Recovery)。
  2. 當前臂確實掌握水,以前臂定錨Anchor,將後手甩過前臂上方往前入水,同時身體轉向另一方,這轉換動作產生力量,移動身體往前。
  3. 理想中是移動身體通過前臂定錨點,而非把水推後。
  4. 使用划手板(paddle)可加強抓水定錨的感覺,較易掌握水,定錨點較固定,動作較易執行。
