Butterfly_Flutter Kick Butterfly蝶泳_蝶手自由腿練習

由美國田納西大學主教練Matt Kredich 講解其蝶泳訓練常用蝶手自由腿練習,用來減少蝶泳中過多的上下動作,demo的是2008年奧運銀牌Christine Magnuson。

練習難度: 2 顆星

草記所述要點:
基本上是藉持續一致的自由式踢腿以維持身線在水面,減少不必要的上下動作。

  • focus on the pull and the body line through the pull
    注意力集中在划手和整個划手動作的身線
  • must keep the body in line
    必須保持身線
  • set up the catch, come forward in a straight line, not up and down
    設定抓水位置,以直線往前,而不是上下
  • get the timing and the breath
    抓動作的時機和呼吸
  • small & fast & constant Kick
    小而快速持續一致的踢腿
  • straight from the back of the head all the way down to the toes
    從頭一路到腳趾身線打直
  • the constant propulsion generated by flutter kick emphasizes the importance of keeping everything in line
    由踢腿產生不斷持續推進力,強調保持身線打直的重要性
  • the height of the splash & the soft landing
    濺起水花高度是種能量表現形態,過高表示能量浪費在crash(往下撞擊,墜機也是這字)。
    我的理解是手回復(recovery)盡可能接近水面(較省力)且力量只向前,地心引力自然會帶你向下,自己萬萬不要吃撐了花力氣搥水,撞了一大堆水花巨浪,別人不好游,自己也很費電,游兩下就在池邊喘了。

    順便提一下,聲音大小也是種能量表現形態,你有不只一個方式來察覺動作是否不對勁。

IMHO:
★ 2013/3/23 今天試了幾次,還不錯,身線打直特別能感受曲肘抓水。
這練習對側吸的泳者會相對容易些,如Demo的Christine Magnuson,因為蝶泳側吸就是為了減少因起身吸氣的上下動作,身線原本就比較直。
如果你和我一樣是前吸的人類,更該注意保持低位且快速的呼吸,不然很快就會沒電了。

    • 你覺得蝶手蛙腳練習目的和focus是 ?
      有目的能明確感受針對的效果及進一步加強改善,不然如何知道做得好不好對不對呢? 這是一定會得到預期效果的系統化做法,當然非系統式的練習作法也可能會有預期之外的收穫,如果水感好的人。
      等下睡前有空再想想這練習可以利用到的點,如果動作不太醜,就試試!

      • 今天泳前有件好事,心情high一點,連游蝶泳都好像不太累,其實最近大多都只練單手蝶泳,今天頭一次有伴遊全蝶泳幾次,竟然不累還有點high,想一直下去,應該是腦內啡開始作用了,感覺自己好有力 :)。
        想想既然都游蝶泳了,就試試蝶手蛙腳吧,我蝶手第一划,miss一次蛙腳,因為照本能蝶手後自然想甩蝶腿(腳背),第一時間容易miss蛙腳所需的腳踝收緊呈L形,而無法用腳底蹬夾水; 第二划有注意,就來得及收緊腳踝踢蛙腳,做了2-300m吧! 好玩! 有小小體會,現在還很high,有空再po體會到的東東 !

        今天超順的,真是個開……………………………………♥的晚上!

    • New-Skin Liquid Bandage通常用在割傷擦傷,清潔乾燥的傷口,剛塗上挺痛的,乾了就連碰水也Okay,太深的傷口易出血水不易乾燥不適用,太大面積也不適用,因塗上可能會讓你痛到想起爹娘,老天,或想問候別人祖宗八代…. 😦 。Oh! 萬一真用了,別問候我的,想想還是寫一下用法比較保險,因中文資訊並不多
      BTW,雖然這會殺菌(所以那麼痛!),如果很多人共用,建議小刷子不要碰傷口,滴到傷口上或使用棉花棒,不過這只是我自己想法。

        雖然我已用過N瓶,且只外用應該挺安全的,但這終究是薬,之前給的都是常一起閒扯的熟人,想到什麼很容易隨時告知,我恐怕過幾天忘了要提醒這檔子事,趁還記得先寫下。 若有除了剛塗傷口會痛和三秒膠味道之外的缺點,也請麻煩告訴我,以後我可提醒別人。

  4. 上面影片中Demo蝶手蛙腳的手入水掉太低,開始抓水前的手掌大外翻也很礙眼,想不出有何作用?
    通常蝶手是soft乾淨切入水(大姆哥比小指稍低些,手掌會有點朝外),入水時雙手在水線附近,比胸部位置稍高(因有壓胸動作),入水後雙手就準備要開始類似EVF高肘抓水動作,手及前臂是會像槳(paddle)一樣向後。
