How To Do ?

  1. 以一個相對輕鬆不費力的速度開始自由泳。
  2. 專注在以下:
    1. 當你的手入水: 當一側的手入水時,另一側的腿會下踢。
    2. 當你開始划手: 當一側開始划手,隨著你手開始朝下朝後划,你同一側的腿也會下踢。
    3. 當你結束划手: 當一側划手結束,同一側的腿也會完成下踢。
