平常電腦前待太久坐沒坐相,站沒站相,長時間不注意姿態造成肌肉鬆散早已掉到不該在的位置了,所以會趁泳前稍稍把他們收緊拉直歸位一下。 每天下水前除了鬆一下每個關節,一定會做的就是這個了-墊起腳尖雙臂在雙耳後向上,雙手交疊,儘量伸長拉直身體,做一下Streamline,撐個一分鐘左右,大概很多人會納悶這在幹啥呀? 剛好The Race Club前幾天剛upload這影片,內容是Gary Hall Sr. 談到如何執行正確的流線形,分享一下!

唉! 我是手腳無力,力氣只能花在刀口上的超懶惰人類,所以與其要花好大功夫練力氣,寧願做任何可能減少阻力的動作。
