Goswim:Breaststroke_Mini Pull蛙泳_迷你划手練習

我們始終要記住: 划越大,划手後往前回復(Recovery)產生的阻力也越大。 邏輯上來說,如果你產生較少的阻力,你需要更少的力量向前移動,你甚至能以相同速度前進卻用更少的能量。

How to do ?

  1. 開始試驗一個較小的划手動作,你真的得想要
  2. 游正常的蛙泳,但幾乎不讓你的手肘彎曲(僅僅小幅曲肘以撥水)。
  3. 以手和手腕做小的揮掃動作(sweeping motion)。
  4. 慢慢地逐漸讓你的手回到較”正常”的划手動作,然後再決定,是否這划手路徑適合你的蛙泳。

如何做的很好(精細點):
維持正常的蛙泳時機和節奏,也努力專注在將雙手前送來完成延伸動作。
要改成較小的划手動作時,必需專注在移動一切向前,而不是把一切向後拉。
