Tina’s Backstroke Practice_Tina仰泳練習

忙碌的Tina終於又過半年再來到池子,又花了20分鐘在小池復習去年暑假學的動作,Catch up一下,才有信心回大池游,還好身體感覺很快就回來了。

本次是要進入仰泳的基本練習,包括左右Hand-Lead Side Kick側身踢腿12-Kick Switch換邊練習

雖然Tina剛開始做,動作還有改進空間,但動作不慌亂(Very Good!),有信心越來越好,游得漂漂亮亮(如果有時間再練一下)!

初練Switch,可踢多次腿等身體平穩再Switch side(換邊),逐漸減少每側踢腿次數,如12 ,10, 8次…,目標是換邊不影響身體平衡穩定,而後才有可能確實做抓划動作,如果身體不穩,就算施力也很難有效率。

如果你也想練仰泳,這可是非常基本且重要的起點喔!
