Kitchen_全麥無油南瓜五穀米麵包

20140304 全麥無油南瓜五穀米麵包
加N穀米是因為我多吃麥類,太久沒吃米,搞不好會缺乏什麼東東,也許可試做米飯麵包看看!

材料:

  1. 冷卻後的蒸熟去籽南瓜(替代水) 280g,黑糖30g(減量,因南瓜已經很甜)
  2. 法國麵包粉 250g + 全麥粉 150g +
  3. 冷卻後的五穀飯 100g: 五穀米(或其他N穀米),加水電鍋蒸熟(飯不要太溼),冷卻後備用。
  4. 乾酵母粉 1t,鹽 0.5t (小匙)
  5. 果乾(葡萄乾、蔓越莓乾) 30g 少許點綴
