Kitchen_Steaming buns黑芝麻葱花饅頭

20140307 全麥黑芝麻饅頭&葱花饅頭

材料:

  1. 法國麵包粉 250g + 全麥粉 150g
    (通常饅頭好像多用中筋粉,反正我從沒照食譜,加上法國麵包粉買了一大包,就用法國麵包粉,好像也QQ的!)
  2. 水 260g,黑糖 30g
  3. 乾酵母粉 1.5t,鹽 .75t (小匙)
  4. 黑芝麻攪碎成粉
    (想吃甜的加點糖,我不慣用磨好的芝麻粉,因為若不儘快用力吃光,擺著易氧化!)。
  5. 蔥切碎,加少許點鹽、胡椒抓一下(依個人口味輕重調整)
