Kitchen_全麥芒果櫻桃亞麻籽麵包

最近芒果盛產,收到些免費芒果,拿來做麵包,芒果含水份約83.46%,含糖約13.66%,所以糖及水量須調整。

全麥無油芒果櫻桃亞麻籽麵包

材料:

  1. 高筋麵粉 250g + 全麥粒粉 250g
  2. 芒果肉打汁(去皮核後打汁) 350g,不外加糖、水
  3. 亞麻仁籽(攪碎) 30g
  4. 快速乾酵母粉 1.5t, 鹽 0.5t(減量)
  5. 櫻桃(去核切半或四分之一,依櫻桃量) 150g

P.S. :


作法:
* 350g芒果肉打汁,加麵粉、酵母、鹽、亞麻仁籽(攪碎),和成麵團,基本發酵到兩倍大體積。
