Kumquat Jam金棗果醬

我偏愛鳳梨、葡萄柚之類酸的水果,會買的也大多是這類,前幾天第一次買了金棗試試看,想像中該是酸酸甜甜的,但單吃只覺得澀澀的,還是拿來做果醬吧,還不錯,過幾天可以拿來做麵包。

材料:

  1. 金棗(金橘)洗淨、去籽、切片or丁 600g
  2. 2號砂糖 250g
  3. 青檸檬 1顆 (刮下綠色表皮屑屑 + 榨汁)
