USA Swimming:Breaststroke Technique Quick Tips蛙泳技術快速提示

最近有泳友問到蛙泳技術,除了其他蛙泳的Posts外,我還推薦了Breaststroke with Ed Moses and Peter Morgan和摩西一起練蛙泳影片,但影片內容很長,我擷取了其中一個完整蛙泳動作循環的精華片段,以中文配音講解,有興趣的可以參考一下。

⭐ 因為Ed Moses講超快,我這大舌頭很難亦步亦趨跟上,雖然強強全部都follow到,某些點或稍有些許時間差,所以英文尚可的請直接聽Ed原版的,影像和講解較同步,感覺對一些

⭐ 這種游法需要足夠體能&訓練支持,我們凡人最好根據個人條件調整一下,如划手寬度曲膝收腳角度等等,否則可能強強改這樣,卻毀了其他更重要的部份。
總之,身體是一個整體運作的系統,追求的是整體綜效,各部份會互相影響,各做各的是行不通的,手沒做好的腳就得補償沒做好的部份,驅幹核心肌群晾著不用,手腳就得補償,犧牲的就是效率。

如果你暸解自己的體型&體能優、劣勢,較能拿捏先針對哪部份,較能感受到改進程度。
