Kitchen_檸檬蘋果醋拌青木瓜

懶人我非常不喜動油鍋之類麻煩烹調方式(清潔也很麻煩),多是蒸烤後再拌油吃,這是上次朋友送的青木瓜,手邊剛好有之前買的有機蘋果醋和朋友種的檸檬,所以試試其他作法。
第一次試做的涼拌青木瓜還不錯吃, 開啟了我夏季涼拌之路,後來試做涼拌牛蒡也不錯。 d(^___^)b

檸檬蘋果醋拌青木瓜作法

材料:

  1. 準備材料(依個人喜好酌量): 青木瓜去皮籽,紅辣椒、檸檬、蘋果醋(可用白醋代替)、糖
  2. 青木瓜切細絲,過開水瀝乾備用
    ⭐ 食譜都寫要用鹽醃過,但我想只是讓木瓜絲脫水,使糖醋汁容易入味,我覺得已經切成細絲,無所謂就跳過。
    1. 糖醋汁: 將擠出的檸檬汁、蘋果醋、糖
    2. 處理後的青木瓜絲+紅辣椒切絲or小段
  3. 將A+B攪拌均勻,放入冰箱
  4. 約1小時就可食用了
  5. 食用前放點花生,也很不錯呦 🙂
