Butterfly_Chest Press & Release Dolphin Kick Tips蝶泳_壓胸釋放海豚踢提示(游泳圈)

壓胸是蝶蛙泳的基本元素,圖示練習可學習經由連續壓胸、釋放動作將重量前移。

⭐ 壓胸(Chest Press)應感覺有下坡(Downhill )的體位,釋放(Chess Release)時回到水平(Netural)
