檸檬蘋果醋拌牛蒡作法



作法: 材料(依個人喜好酌量)

  1. 檸檬糖醋汁:檸檬擠出檸檬汁、蘋果醋(可用白醋代替)、糖混勻
    ⭐ 我喜歡酸的,醋汁五:糖一,請依個人喜好斟酌
  2. 牛蒡清洗過,皮稍刮一下,切細絲,我不大敢吃生的,所以用滾水燙過,再瀝乾備用。
    ⭐ 也可以切粗絲or片,但醋汁入味需要時間久一些
  3. 將1+2攪拌均勻,放入冰箱
  4. 細絲約1小時入味就可食用了,粗絲or片時間久一點(依體積斟酌)
  5. 食用前放點花生,增加口感,不錯呦 🙂
