  1. 如果,不用全麥粉,量要改嗎? 或是把全麥粉改成雜糧粉? 我就是沒有什麼腦筋,老是憑感覺,然後就是就是—-砸了,就變成可以吃就好。

    • 我也都是手上有啥就試,只要特別注意濕性材料,就比較不會”凸槌”了!

      全麥粉是整粒小麥磨成粉,筋性較低,發酵時間要長一點,水也要多一些些;
      如果完全用高粉,水可以少一點點,我是大約麵粉的56%(如果沒有其他濕性材料,例如水果之類的)。
