TI or NOT? Picking The Right Swimming Training選擇適合的游泳訓練

Fitness or Leisure ? Fast or Efficient ? Sprint or Long Distance ? 我一向認為學游泳和其他學問一樣,個人資質、底子(background)、目的及願意投入的功夫時間不同,應選擇適合自己狀況的學習方式,學習較有感,能感覺漸向目標接近,越學越開心,甚至超越目標,更進一步。 市面上或網路上有很多五花八們的游泳訓練法,應付不同需求,對我來說,這就是Business,運用Marketing手法,區隔不同目標市場罷了,實在無所謂哪個比較好,重點是你適合嗎?

這好像是網上看得到新一點的TI自由泳教学,Demo的是TI創辦人,特別著重基本動作,如果是非常非常初學,想從最最基本的平衡好好學起加上有耐心,是可以看看。
