How To Do ?

  1. 像往常一樣游自由泳,但集中你的注意力在你的肩和臉頰之間。
  2. 手向前延伸時,你應該會感覺肩膀滑過或側壓你的臉頰。
  3. 一直保持這樣直到開始抓水划手,使你產生最流線形的體位。
